This Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Circulation of these data, the L.O. 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI).

4. Purpose of the processing of personal data

The treatment we carry out on personal data responds to the following purposes:·      Address your request and provide you with information related to the services provided by BIOMOL, SL and specifically related to the purchase and sale of biotechnological products. The website has the following forms that collect personal data:§  Contact form: its purpose is to respond to requests and requests from customers and potential customers. Collect the following personal data: name and email.§  “User registration” area: its purpose is to ensure that registered users can enjoy information and other benefits. The data will be processed with the purpose of correctly managing the presence in the social network, informing about activities, products or services of BIOMOL, SL·      In the case of initiating the contracting process for any of our services, subsequent consent will be requested for the corresponding purpose.

The categories of data that will be processed for the indicated purposes are the following:

  • Specially protected data is not processed.

Mandatory data will be distinguished in the information collection forms. If you decide not to provide us with any of the data considered mandatory, we will not be able to comply with the intended purpose and the data will not be processed or the corresponding service provided.

You guarantee that the Personal Data you provide us with are true and correct, and you will be responsible for notifying us of any changes in them.

BIOMOL, SL undertakes to process the personal data of users; to respect their confidentiality and to use them within the purpose for which they were collected. Within our commitment to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been adopted to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.     entity that provides the LABOR, TAX AND ACCOUNTING ADVICE service
  • CONSULTORIA INFORMÁTICA ACOFI SL (B41911702); with domicile in C) LEONARDO DA VINCI, 18, PLANTA, 41092, SEVILLA; entity that provides the service COMPUTER TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE

The corresponding treatment order contract has been signed as required by applicable law. The data will not be transmitted to third parties unless express authorization or legal obligation.

10. User Rights

The User has the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data:

  • Right of access to your personal data.
  • Right to rectify inaccurate data.
  • Right to delete data that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Right of limitation in the processing of data for a certain purpose.

11. Changes in the Privacy Policy

BIOMOL, SL may modify this privacy policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or interpretation of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection. These privacy conditions may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy and the General Conditions that, where appropriate, are collected for certain products or services, if said access implies any specialty in terms of personal data protection.
