This is one of the themes explored by Rafael Est\u00e9vez on Protagonistas del Cambio<\/strong>, in episode five of the Club C\u00e1mara Antares series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In conversation with Sandra Jim\u00e9nez and Javier Rodr\u00edguez, our CEO reflects on his experience leading Biomol. He also shares some of the lessons that have shaped his approach to business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But what changes when you move from advising business owners to making those decisions yourself?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new chapter built on more than 30 years of history<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Before joining Biomol, Rafa spent much of his career in business consulting. During that time, he helped companies navigate change and make important decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking the lead at Biomol, however, brought a different kind of responsibility. He also had to understand a highly specialized scientific field and learn from the professionals working within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, we began rethinking how our company operated. Our goal was to strengthen our structure, improve our processes and prepare Biomol for a new chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, moving forward does not mean starting from scratch<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This journey builds on our company\u00b4s history and the foundations laid by \u00c1ngel Alcalde, Biomol’s founder and president<\/strong>. Above all, our team’s commitment has been essential in turning these changes into reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, knowing where you want to go is one thing. Building the trust needed to get there together is another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing better, not just bigger<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

When companies talk about growth, the conversation often focuses on numbers and results. Yet these figures only tell part of the story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trust within a team, the confidence to take on new responsibilities and the lessons learned along the way matter just as much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the interview, Rafa reflects on his experience leading Biomol. He also explains how his understanding of leadership has evolved over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Listening, valuing other people’s expertise and knowing when to make decisions<\/strong> are some of the ideas that emerge from the conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, growth is not just about reaching new goals. How we get there, and what we build along the way, matters just as much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behind our work, there are also decisions, experiences and people who have helped shape Biomol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this episode, Rafa offers a personal perspective on an important period in our company’s development. He also reflects on the challenges that still lie ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
