Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Seville, Master in Marketing and Sales from ESEM, Master in Business Management and Marketing from ESIC, and numerous continuing education courses such as “Seminar on Negotiation” given by Barna Consulting Group (1996) or “Management of Sales: how to manage, organize and retain our sales team, taught by IESE Business School (2004), among others.
Professional with more than 30 years of experience in the Biotechnology and Personalized Medicine sector, in the field of sales, loyalty, development and management of new projects, expert in the leadership of commercial teams (design, creation, development and consolidation), with extensive experience to implement the commercial objectives of the company, analyze its situation, propose appropriate strategies and action plans, profitable and sustainable over time. All this makes him a fundamental pillar in our company.
He began his professional career as Key Account Applied Science in the South of Spain at the Boehringer Mannheim company in September 1989 until May 2000 consisting of achieving sales objectives in research clients and organizing training courses in molecular techniques.

Roche Diagnostics from May 2000 to May 2007, being responsible for achieving sales objectives in the area and managing the Spanish distributor network (Biomol, Rcostoya, Tecnovas, ADDiagnost and Biotest)
In September 2007, he assumed the position of Head of Sales for the Biomedicine Division in the company Sistemas Genómicos (Sept. 2007 – Jan. 2010), responsible for achieving the sales objectives of the Division in Spain and controlling the execution of the sales network. and launch and introduction of new products.
In 2010, he became responsible for the Commercial Management for Spain and Portugal at the Institute of Genomic Medicine (IMEGEN) (January 2010 to February 2021), being responsible for the development and achievement of sales objectives, managing the commercial team in Spain, as well as carrying out Sales Plans, development and introduction of new products and market analysis.
Focused on the diagnosis of rare diseases and hereditary cancer, through the use of the latest technologies (NGS, cGH arrays, CNV, mRNA)
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Biomol company (Mar. 2021 – Present)
In this new stage, its functions are oriented towards the definition of the Commercial Strategy in collaboration with the General Management, directing the teams in charge of executing the Commercial policy and the Operational Marketing plans, as well as Business Development in different areas of interest ( liquid biopsy, dPCR in chimerism, pharmacogenetics and personalized medicine).
